About the Cruise Technical Product Operations Organization:

Technical Product Operations applies human intelligence to some of the toughest problems at Cruise.

We work closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, and Business to

create and iterate on products that move our business forward. We have a large, globally distributed

workforce and are integral to Cruise’s technology development.

About the role:

The Content & Training team handles the creation and maintenance of documentation and training

curriculum for Cruise's Technical Product Operations team, which is responsible for producing machine

learning data, maps, and vehicle performance data. In the role of Instructional Content Creator, you will

be developing instructional web-based content using a variety of written, visual, and video media for a

global team of data annotators.

What you must have:

● BA/BS or 1-2 years of relevant experience

● Able to quickly learn difficult or technical concepts

● Experience authoring content for ESL audiences

● Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) or MS Office

● Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, TechsmithSnagit, and Atlassian

Confluence or similar software solutions

● Comfortable in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment; able to juggle multiple

assignments and quickly adjust priorities while meeting quality standards
